amy lovera
Amy Lovera is a multimedia artist whose work explores the interplay between biography and fiction. After graduating with her BFA from Masschusetts College of Art, she received a travel grant to make work and study Spanish in Mexico City, where she lived for three years. In 2007, Amy received her MFA from Rhode Island School of Design. Her work has been exhibited and published both nationally and internationally. Recently, she has received awards from the LEF Foundation and the Rhode Island State Council of the Arts. Amy is on the faculty of Roger Williams University and makes her home and work in Providence, Rhode Island.
